Recognizing that cloud-based blocklists lag days behind active autodialer campaigns, Mustafa designed Callro to defeat robodialers using their own technical standards—evaluating STIR/SHAKEN carrier certificates and network behavioral heuristics locally on the device before the ringer sounds.
