What data Callro stores

Callro stores the following data tied to your device:

• A device identifier hash
• An encrypted phone number
• Call screening logs
• Subscription status and referral reward state

None of your contacts, call audio, or call history is stored.

How to request deletion

To request full deletion of all data associated with your device, email: support@getcallro.com

Subject line:"Data Deletion Request"

Include your device's Android ID if possible (found in Settings → About Phone → Android ID).

Requests are processed within 30 days. Deleting your data also cancels any active referral rewards and free trial credits.

Delete local data immediately

To delete local data on your device right now without emailing us:

Open Callro → Settings → Delete All Data

This removes all local screening logs and cached data instantly.
