Request Data Deletion

What data Callro stores

Callro stores the following data tied to your device:

• A device identifier hash
• An encrypted phone number if you provided it
• Trial management record
• Referral records
• Support chat history
• Blocked-call records (the final four digits of the number only) retained 90 days
• Paddle customer and subscription IDs for website purchases (Paddle retains its own transaction records as merchant of record)

How to request deletion

To request full deletion of all data associated with your device, email: support@getcallro.com

Subject line:"Data Deletion Request"

Include your device's Android ID if possible (found in Settings → About Phone → Android ID).

Requests are processed within 30 days. Deleting your data also cancels any active referral rewards and free trial credits.

Delete local data immediately

This removes all local screening logs and cached data.
