Welcome to Callro (the "App"), operated by Vindication Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use the App.

If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

By using the App, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these ToS.

2. App Use

Callro is designed to help users identify, manage, and block unwanted calls.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the App.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account or subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers subscription-based premium features.

All payments are processed securely through Google Play. We do not store full payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Google Play account.

Prices and terms are displayed in the App prior to purchase.

Refunds are subject to Google Play policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to code, design, graphics, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Vindication Inc. or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The App cannot guarantee that all unwanted calls will be blocked.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will be completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Vindication Inc., its affiliates, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the last 12 months.

You assume all risks associated with your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vindication Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App in violation of these ToS.

Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Any user content you provide, submit, or share.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these ToS or any applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to access the App immediately ends, but any accrued rights or obligations survive.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes arising from these ToS will be resolved in courts located in Florida.

You agree to waive any claim of personal jurisdiction or venue outside of Florida.

11. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may update these ToS from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated via the App or email.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS.
